Membership to the GEO Property Group Ambassadors Club is available to GEO Property Group property owners who purchase a property from GEO Property Group.

Membership shall only be granted once a completed membership application form is received and processed by GEO Property Group and a membership confirmation letter is issued to the applicant.

Members will be rewarded for each new referral which results in a successful sale and for new repeat purchases by that member. These sales must be made directly with GEO Property Group ie without third party agents.

Rewards will be increased on a sliding scale. With each new referral / repeat the reward increases as per table 1 below.

Members will have the choice of receiving their rewards as either:

1. Cash Rewards
2. Property Rewards

Cash Rewards: Start at $2000 for the successful referral / repeat and rise in increments of $500 for each new successful referral / repeat to a maximum of $3500. Cash rewards will be made payable after the settlement of the referred / repeated purchase.

Property Rewards: Start at $3000 for the first successful referral / repeat and rise in increments of $1000 for each new successful referral / repeat to a maximum of $6000. Property credits can be accumulated and used as an accrued amount as a 'deposit' to purchase a new GEO Property Group property.
